Sitting Yoga is an HTML-based application that includes lots of yoga exercises for you to improve your health. Once installed, the program can be opened with your default browser and it will list the different exercises. Each of these exercises includes a brief description and a flash video, so you know exactly how to perform them. Most of the exercises are done on a chair and they are intended to improve your posture or relax certain muscles. They are clearly shown by a yoga teacher, so you can be certain that they are good for you. Among the exercises, you will find sun greetings, body twisting, rotations of different parts of your body, bending, and many other actions. There is a total of 22 different exercises to enjoy for free.
Sadly, there is no user interface because it a browser-based application. The list of exercises has a simple font and they are shown on a simple white background, which makes it look rather bad. This could definitely be improved with a nice background and a nice font to make the application look far more attractive.
In short, despite the drawbacks, if you are looking for simple and free yoga exercises to help you improve your health, Sitting Yoga can be a good choice.
